Sending a letter of support

• Sending a letter of support to the Ministry of Interior of the Kurdistan Regional government regarding exhibitions.

Facilitate entrance of goods

• Facilitate entrance of goods, commodities, machineries, equipment of the participant companies in the fair, by means of addressing related customs authorities to Facilitate entrance of them visa border points belonging to Kurdistan Region Government.

Invite Regional government representative

• Invite Regional government representative, central government representatives, institutions, establishments and businessmen to attend the fair

Preparation the fair

• Preparation of the fair in aspects of (Water services, bathrooms, cleaning the fair and external areas.

Supply electricity

• Supply electricity power of (2 Megawatts) and substitutes in case cut-off with electricity power generators with the same of the same Megawatts.

Preparation of opening ceremony hall

• Preparation of opening ceremony hall and conferences equipped with translation, audio, video and illumination installations, as well as preparation of VIP hall

Cover (pay)

• Cover (pay) all the costs related to security aspect of the fair.

Provide internet

• Provide internet service inside the Halls.

Preparation of Cafeteria

• Preparation of Cafeteria with all requirements in the allocated area and carrying out providing the needed servicer during the fair.
