As a signpost for the development of frozen and chilled food industry, the Shanghai International Frozen and Chilled Food Exposition (SIFCE) is comprehensive frozen and chilled food exhibition in China. The 11th SIFCE, together with the 10th Shanghai International Catering and Ingredient Exhibition & the 14th Shanghai International Fisheries and Seafood Exhibition was successfully held on 26th to 28th in 2019, covering an exhibition area of 58,000 square meters in total, and attracting altogether 1,215 exhibitors and 51,829 visitors from more than 20 nations and regions.
