H2 & FC Expo (Formerly FC Expo): Overview

The H2 & FC EXPO 2024, previously known as FC EXPO, is an international trade fair focused on hydrogen and fuel cell technologies. This key event takes place annually in March at Tokyo Big Sight, one of Japan’s largest and most modern exhibition centers, located in the vibrant city of Tokyo. Since its inception in 2005, the fair has become a central meeting point for experts, researchers, manufacturers, and decision-makers from the entire hydrogen energy sector. The fair is organized by RX Japan, one of the leading trade fair organizers known for their expertise in creating high-quality specialized events.

The renaming of the fair to H2 & FC EXPO 2024 starting from the September 2023 edition in Chiba highlights the growing importance of hydrogen as a key technology for achieving CO2 neutrality. Hydrogen plays a crucial role in the decarbonization of various sectors, including transportation, energy generation, and industry.
