Located at the entrance of Casablanca, the International Conference and Exhibition Center of the “Office des Changes” is easily accessible via the main road and airport infrastructures (Highway Casablanca – Rabat – Tangier – Fez, Casablanca – Marrakech and Casablanca-El Jadida, Mohammed V International Airport located 25 km away, Future South Station TGV). Built on an area of 115,000 square meters, it is intended to host conferences, congresses, cultural activities, trade exhibitions, fairs and all other events included in the framework of the activity of the CICEC.

It includes an office building of 8 levels totaling a covered area of 5,000 square meters, a restaurant with two kitchens that can host 400 seated diners and 800 standing diners, 2 exhibition halls of 5,000 square meters each, a storage hall of 450 square meters, a conference hall with 1,480 seats, car parks for visitors and exhibitors, an esplanade and green spaces.
