The Arena Venue, a multi-functional indoor venue with an area of 6,000 Sqm, a perfect space for major international events in Riyadh with a capacity for 8,000 people. The Arena is located in the vicinity of Granada Mall, Riyadh.
The venue is designed to facilitate set-ups for various events formats from exhibitions, conferences, to events . It features an easy and smooth access for organizers as well as visitors. The design of the venue offers a high ceiling up to 19 meters high, giving a large space that definitely suits the needs of the exhibitors.
The venue is equipped with ground channels holding the network of electromechanical services through which power is provided according to the exhibitors’ requirement. A potential back-of-house area of 3,000 m can be allocated for all logistical services.
About Us:
- The venue is designed to facilitate set-ups for various events formats from exhibitions, conferences, to weddings . It features 10 gates enabling an easy and smooth access for organizers as well as visitors.
- The design of the venue offers a high ceiling ranging from 6m to 17m high, giving a large space that definitely suits the needs of the exhibitors. The ceiling is capable of withstanding over 15 tons.
- The venue is equipped with ground channels holding the network of electromechanical services through which power is provided according to the exhibitors’ requirement.

- HSSE SERVICES: We have hired top-of-the-line safety and security companies who have taken all the appropriate measures and trainings to make sure the personnel is ready in case of emergency. The safety and security personnel has been as well trained to handle traffic regulation operations within and surrounding The Arena. The latest security control system has been implemented by installed surveillance cameras to make sure the event’s organizer is capable of monitoring the safety and security of their items/equipment.
- CLEANING SERVICES: The Arena management team pays great attention to the cleanliness of the venue, its surroundings, its public and serviced areas. Special equipment and consumables have been procured to facilitate and speed-up the cleaning process.
