Internet Plus powered by CEBIT 2020: Event Profile

Internet Plus Powered by CEBIT 2020 is a professional exhibition dedicated to Internet+ technological achievements display and trade. Through a co-sharing platform, the exhibition promotes the development of the Internet, big data and artificial intelligence. Internet Plus and “Made in China 2025” are two most important national strategies that guide the expo to offer smart products and integrated solutions, human-machine cooperation, and industrial networked products, with an aim to contribution in the transformation and upgradation of tradition industries of China.

The Internet+ Powered by CEBIT 2018 successfully concluded on 24th October, 2018 attracted the participation of 656 exhibitors for displaying the latest IT & industrial products and technologies. Themed with “New Interconnection, New Smart Manufacturing, New Future”, the expo launched seven display sectors, like Internet Plus Frontier Technologies, Smart City, Intelligent Manufacturing, Internet Plus Finance, E-commerce, Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Smart Home & Life. At the area of 45,000 sqm, the four day expo attracted 1,68,000 visitors, including 23,706 trade visitors. Along with the exhibition, a series of competitions and forums were held, making Internet Plus Powered by CEBIT a benchmark event in the “Internet Plus” area in Southern China and Asia. The brand value and industrial influence of the “Internet Plus Expo” increased manifolds with the introduction of CEBIT, a global top-ranking digital economy event. In the show, two smart production line made its debut. Foshan Huashu Robot Co., Ltd. and Foshan Institute of Intelligent Equipment Technology presented Made in China 2025 Production Demonstration Line. Foshan Robotation Academy presented the Sino-German Cooperation Industrie 4.0 Demo Line. Intelligent manufacturing based on technical and industrial revolution, represented a direction to enterprises to pursue transformation, upgrade and improve quality to increase benefit. World-leading industrial pioneers bought innovative products and technologies in the intelligent manufacturing, “Internet Plus” and other areas, with an aim to promote integration of information technology and industrialization.

Internet Plus Powered by CEBIT 2020 is scheduled from 14 – 17 October, 2020 at Guangdong Tanzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. The expo will again cooperate with CEBIT and introduce two debuted themes, d!conomy and d!tec. d!conomy area will cover digital office, security, telecommunication, equipment and infrastructure, workflow and data management, displaying the pragmatic solution and technology for enterprises as well as the government to realize the importance of business digitalization. d!tec area will bring revolutionary technologies for digital transformation of business models and explore the future of digitalization. The topics that will be covered for discussion in the summit and activities to be held concurrently are how to build a digital Foshan, and accelerate the transformation and upgradation of manufacturing industry directed by smart manufacturing.

More than 656 exhibitors will participate in the upcoming event, bringing for the visitors more innovative products and better experience of digital era. In the total exhibitors list, the proportion of international exhibitors is expected to increase this time also with an estimates range of 20%.
